Tree shadow
Man’s relationship with nature seems to me very contradictory. Man admires nature and at the same time destroys and exhausts it. We are drawn to nature, we need contact with it, and at the same time, we distance ourselves from it for the sake of comfort. I am interested in finding the true motives of this relationship. This object is a part of upcoming series of works dedicated to human-nature relationships.

The curtain throws a shadow into the room, and it looks like tree leaves. There is a feeling that there is a tree outside the window, although this is only an illusion.
This work is about our (human) connection to nature. Not in survival terms, but in contemplation necessity, which nature gives to us.
If we destroy nature, we will only have to imitate its presence in order to maintain a normal state of mind.
